Returns and Exchanges Policy
At Milsegen, your satisfaction is our top priority. Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days following payment confirmation. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.
If you receive a defective item, please refer to our limited product warranty for further assistance.
General Rules for Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date listed on your receipt. Requests made after 30 days from the delivery date cannot be processed.
For returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, the following conditions apply:
- The item must be in its original, unused condition: unopened, undamaged, and unmarked.
- Items sold as part of a set or multi-pack must be returned in full.
- Products labeled as non-returnable or non-exchangeable are not eligible.
For online orders, Milsegen will cover the return shipping cost.
This policy does not affect your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
All returns must be sent to SHOP CHUCHI LLC in their original condition. Products showing signs of wear, misuse, improper assembly, or missing parts may incur additional charges.
If your return or exchange is due to a defect or quality issue, SHOP CHUCHI LLC will cover return shipping and any applicable restocking fees. For returns or exchanges based on personal preference, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
SHOP CHUCHI LLC reserves the right to evaluate the product’s condition and ensure compliance with our return policy.

If your request does not meet the policy criteria, it will not be approved. Unauthorized returns will not be refunded, and Milsegen is not responsible for any lost goods.
For approved returns or exchanges, SHOP CHUCHI LLC will provide a prepaid return label. Please follow the provided instructions and return the item in its original condition, including packaging, manuals, accessories, and any complimentary items.
Once we receive your return, we will notify you via email. After inspection, we will inform you of the approval or denial of your request. The approval decision is made solely at SHOP CHUCHI LLC’s discretion based on the item’s condition and compliance with our policy.
Refunds for approved returns will be processed within 1–3 business days and credited to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Late or Missing Refunds
Refunds may take some time to appear in your account. If you haven’t received your refund:

- Contact your bank or credit card provider for further updates.
